How do I know what size to get?
We have a size chart where you can check your sizing to get the perfect oversized fit we designed!
How do I take care of my new T-shirt?
We have garment care printed inside all our T-shirts. We recommend a low temperature wash, air dried do not tumble dry.
We advise you also do not iron the T-shirt’s to prevent damaging the printing.
How can I get in touch?
You can contact us any time if you have questions! Just fill out the question box on our “Contact Us” page and we will get back to you quick as we can
Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot change your order but if you change your mind you can cancel and re-order. Please note that if your order has already been shipped we cannot cancel and you will have to follow the returns policy
What if an item I want is sold out?
We will be very sorry if you see an item and it is sold out! We make our clothing bespoke and unique, so each line drop will be different! If you see an item you would love back on the site, we always appreciate feedback so we know what our customers want to have!

We aim to send any orders received before 12pm on the same day
We Ship to the UK and internationally.
Our shipping rates are -
£3.95 – Standard Shipping (2 to 3 days)
£5.95 – Express (1 to 2 days)
£8.00 – Next Day before 1 – Uses Royal Mail Guaranteed next day delivery (weekdays only)
£12.00 - All international shipping
Free Delivery on orders over £50.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After completing the ordering process, you will be sent an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us.
How do I track my order
Once shipped we will provide you with tracking details via the email you have provided
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid the item being shipped to the wrong address. Once the item has been shipped wed cannot get it back

What’s your returns policy?
Return & Refund Policy Thanks for shopping at TWIPPY. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
When will I get my refund?
As soon as we have processed your return and the refund has been made, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used to place your original order. Please allow up to 5 working days.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. The best thing to do is to return the first order you placed and place a new order.
